Print in ABS or ASA, or any UV/water resistant filament.
i used 15% gyroid infill and it's plenty strong but use your discression, this thing will encounter some force from the air as speed.
Since the Powderhounds's are hollow on the underside they whistle at speed, print X4 of the noise canceling insert per rack.
