Summary
I lost one of the end caps on my Yakima rack and found a file online to 3D Print, but it did not fit and only offered one side. I decided to design something in 360 and they did not turn out so bad at all. I printed both side and they fit nice and snug so they should not fall off now.
I have included both side Gcode files and also the STL & Fusion file.
You will need to mirror the object in Fusion to print the left side.
