Summary
Salt and pepper grinder burrs cracked after about 5 years of use. Couldn't find the same ceramic burrs after an hour or two of searching. There's a smaller burr size that's fairly common and inexpensive on eBay and Amazon. I purchased the one linked below.

Design
Dimensions added to a spreadsheet and aliased so you can easily modify the dimensions for your grinder.
Printed twice, first print dimensions are in Column C.
When exporting, will need to select Pocket-ID and Extrude-Collar.
Print Settings
- Profile: Normal
- Infill Density: 100%
- Infill Pattern: Concentric
- Generate Support: Checked
- Support Density: 50%
