Summary

Our old hand crank cheese grater finally broke after years (decades?) of use. We replaced it with the OXO Rotary Grater. We are very happy with the OXO grater especially because we may leave the cheese in the grater and it will not dry out. OXO accomplishes this with a silicon seal around plunger and a cap over the grater's outlet. Of course, within a month we lost the little cap. FreeCAD to the rescue. My third try produced a replacement cap that snugly snaps onto the grater.
