Summary

The Mazdaspeed front bumper on the Autozam AZ-1 has brake duct holes but no actual ducting to the brakes. It's just a hole that looks in at the front suspension. Unfunctional and looks unfinished.

I created this simple brake duct for it that will allow 2 inch brake duct tubing to attach and then be routed to the wheel hub/brakes.

There is a slightly increased chamfer on one aspect, which I created to go on the outer side of the bumper since the profile doesn't give quite as much of a lip to get onto. I don't think its completely necessary in hindsight and the duct fits perfectly snug regardless of how you position it.

I just used epoxy to adhere the duct to the front bumper.

I printed this in carbon fiber reinforced ASA because that's the UV resistant filament I had on hand. But ASA or ABS would be recommended just so it doesn't degrade or change color in the sun.

No supports needed if printing with the square face down.
