Summary

This is a small (200mm) manual turntable. Ideal for paint spraying or photography of small items. It requires 2 bearings (OD=22mm, ID=8mm and 7mm thickness). All parts print without support except for the Bearing Holder, and work fine with standard PLA. If you have a printer cabable of ABS or ASA i would recommend the bearing pin be printed in that material.

To assemble the turntable, start with the base. Into the base slot the 3 legs into the T-grooves and secure with glue.

Into the Bearing Holder, insert a bearing in each end until flush. I found that the bearings were a tight fit and needed no glue. Insert the bearing holder into the Base and secure with glue (being careful the glue goes nowhere near the bearings)

Take the platter and glue the thick end of the Bearing Pin into the recess. It should fit snugly.

Finally insert the Bearing Pin through the 2 bearings fitted to the bearing holder (It makes sense to test the bearing pin fits prior to gluing it to the platter). This should not need glue. The exploded image shows the relative placement of the parts.

The platter should rotate freely and smoothly and as there are twin bearings there should be minimum wobble.
