Summary

After printing dorkles Jetpack in full scale I had some modifications I made that I wanted to share. Pictured is a scaled down version I printed for reference.

I have Modified the center Cowling vents to be thicker because the original ones are to thin and break almost immediately.

I have also modified the rocket housing middle piece and thruster to slide together perfectly for ease of assembly. The bottom of the thruster is still separate for painting purposes but honestly you can't really see the top part once the jetpack is assembled. I have also added a connector piece so that the bottom and middle pieces interlock together for perfect alignment while gluing.

I have also included a connector piece that fits perfectly in between the middle and top rocket housing for perfect alignment and a much larger gluing surface.
