Summary
A prop I designed for a 30lb Minn Kota motor. One is a base model, the other I put some tubercles like those of a whale fin on.
I do not have any data on the performance vs factory props and I expect mine would perform the same or slightly worse as I made it without fluid simulation & in Blender.

I used a higher infill to increase the strength. For the latter you should also print the props on their side so the force of pushing water doesn't pull the layers apart.
Higher resolution will increase the print time, but make the final result smoother.
Print time for me was 42 hours.

How I Designed This
Hardest part of the design process was sizing up the center to fit the driving pin & shaft while being flush on the outside.
