Summary

I got a Kato SD40 frame without the fuel tank cover, so I set out to design one of my own. I used blender to design the part, and Cura to slice using my normal settings. Length is 67mm, 37mm wide, and a little more than 14mm high. I did have to do a little trimming to get a good fit. There are depressions made for screw holes on the bottom if you think you'll need access to the motor screws. Also, be careful removing supports so you don't accidentally pull off the small details like the fuel fillers (unless you want to use your own). Anyone, please feel free to make changes or recommendations. Thanks

Notes:
I set my printer to use 235c for the nozzle and 65c for the heat bed temp. Cura is set to use a 1mm air gap between the supports and the model for easier support removal, and I print the model 3mm off the heat bed.
