Summary

My Take on a 3d Printed Arcade Stick.

Outer dimensions of this case are: 43,20cm x 23cm x 7cm

As you can tell it's a quite simple design, but simple things most of the times turn out to work the best.

I choose the classic Sega Button Layout with 8 face buttons and plenty of auxillary buttons, start, share, R3 you name it, can be accomodated in the side pieces of the stick.

The pegs in the inside are shaped to house a Brook universal Fightboard, but the measurement should also accomodate other Boards manufactureed by them or other companies.

The case can be placed on "normal" sized printer beds (22x22x25cm)
There are mounting holes on the long side pieces for M4 Nuts/Bolts whatever you got at your disposal.

The Top Plate I included so you can print that aswell, but I suggest to get this one out of metal or arcylic material. I included the DXF so you can cnc it or lasercut it yourself or get it made for your needs.
The Baseplate I did not design yet i will include it soon.

I left 6mm seam from the top side and 3mm seam on the underside so you can sandwich all parts together.

I'm not an engeneer as you may can tell. Just started learning modeling with onshape, if you have suggestions how I can improve the design please let me know, help is very much appreciated.
