Summary

Replacement Main Gear for a 2010 Chrysler Sebring HVAC actuator that was making a clicking noise when the fan was turned on.

The Actuator part # is AA-113800-2640

There is a diverter inside the blower body, (if you take the cabin air filter out you can see the moving air diverter ) that is connected to an actuator and it was making a clicking noise.

After looking online, I noticed that you can remove this actuator and open it up via clips to show the Gears inside.

This part is the black main gear and it was missing a tooth causing the clicking noise.

Not sure if my printer was a bit off or my measurements but I had to sand the splined end a little bit as it was a bit tight. ( no big deal )

Fit nice after the sanding and works great.

You can find others on amazon.ca for 50 dollars or go to the wreckers for 25 plus entry fee and your time or just print this one and sand it down a bit.

NOTE: Don't forget to make not of the orientation of the spline with relation to the markings on the outside of the actuator casing. The spline has a space / void area that should line up with the markings. Not sure how to explain but take a look at the case where the spline is exposed through the casing, there are 3 lines / marks that should line up with the space on the gear spline.
