Summary
I designed this to fit the front license plate onto my 2023 Tesla Model Y. Printed with the Bambu Lab X1C at 0.12 mm layer (just my preference). I used support to keep the holes a little rounder for the 6mm heat inserts.
Hardware that I used:
- M6x10x8 heat insert https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B09MCWC1WW
- M6 40mm long for the bracket over the grille
- M6 12mm long for the license plate screw
