Scale the X/Y Axis (do not scale Z) equally to get different sizes, no other adjustments need to be made.
The one in the photo is 100% size which is a bit tight on a adult.
Child Size - 100%
Toddler Size - 80%
Adult Size - Female - 115%
Adult Size - Male - 120%-150%

Print Settings

Print in place, no assembly.
These easily paint for your AMS or other slicer for coloring. Layers assist those without color printers, filament swaps work as well to get the multicolor look.
Use a .2 layer height to maximize the color layers.
