Summary
This is a decent little filament spooler system. Very straight forward and easy to print, assemble, and use. It is powered by a drill and you guide the filament by hand left to right as it spools.
Currently it is set to use 15x24x5 bearings, 4 of them:

This is not elaborate or complicated. It just gets the job done and takes up almost no space.
