Summary

Thanks so much @cvmichael for the original model, it is a nice shape and economical design. I made some adjustments for functionality, and use a bit less filament.

On the baseplate, the prongs were merged with the baseplate. This prints best with snug supports. I have made a working example using no supports, with minor deformations on the two overhangs.

The bottom and side wire holes are enlarged, and the plate is adjusted as well to accommodate the larger gaps.

The MK2 files keep the same shape as the original model, and are not as refined as the MK3 models. The MK3 version also has the latch hole size increased slightly and a flat end to print upside down easily without supports.

I have been printing using PETG, PLA is probably durable enough as well.

Post-Printing

Filing

Some filing on the prong holes is necessary if using the MK2 top. Sorry, I'm learning fusion 360 and fixing this was giving me some issues! it was corrected in the MK3 version.

How I Designed This

Loaded the STLs into Fusion 360 and learned a bit.
