Summary

The Body should be printed with the flat face down, the hinge laid on the side and the varia adapter with the hex nut holes pointed up. For the Body I used 15 top layers, which adds up to a thickness of 3mm, because most of the forces are pulling on that. It should preferrably be printed in PETG or ABS or similar. Although I printed my first version in PLA+ and so far it´s holding up, but still PLA is not optimal for this application.

Post-Printing

The parts are assembled with M3 screws and nuts and a 1,5mm thick rubber in between the clamping diameter and the handlebar, that I cut from a rubber seal. For the Varia adapter I used coutersunk screws. The length of the srews has to be fitted.
