Summary

I have changed the base so it will let the board cover fit inside and added few holders along the edges of it so that it can be assembled without any glue.

4 holders version is very easy to assemble but it does not hold very strongly together.
8 holders version requires some force to assemble, you need to bend cover slightly to slip it under corners and then slightly twist side holders. This one holds it together quite strongly.

I have also added grid inserts laid out so it can be printed as one without need for positioning.
