This new model is more stable, requires less plastic and is faster to print.

The attachment works for my ender-3 V2 with a top aluminium bar of 20 mm for each side.
nThere are small test models to try if your printer is compatible.

To install the filament guide is sufficient to remove the cap from the aluminium bar and slide the piece in place.
nI added a pin to increase the stability.
nThere are three versions of the filament guide: one with a square pin of 6.4 mm; one with a smaller pin of 4 mm; one without a pin.

Print in 3 pieces:
n-filament guide (the version you prefer)
n-axis
n-roller

Added a compatible z-screw stabilizer from the amazing work of Night-fury (thing 3276886, I kept his notation for stabilizers V1 and V2), from the request of Pg-maker. To summary:
nV1 stabilizer: doesn't require support, not compatible with all z-screw knobs
nV2 stabilizer: compatible with all knobs, require supports.
