this is an insert for the cable glands used on cambium 820 radios (a swell as aviat, cergagon, etc). it will allow the cat5 cable to be secured in place even with no retention pin on the cat5. there is a single piece as well as a two piece version of this, allowing for retrofitting exisiting cable.
