Summary

I recently received a Minka Aire Ceiling fan for my bedroom. there is no option to add a wall switch and so I needed a holder for the remote to wall mount next to my switches so I don't have 100 remotes floating around. I figured I'd share the design if anyone finds themselves in the same dilemma. Simple wall mount that one could slide the remote into to hold it in place with enough room at the top where it can be slid out to be taken across the room if desired. It should fit most modern Minka Aire fans that came with this remote, I'm sure there are many styles of fan that come with the same. check the picture first to see if you have the same remote

Will fit the Minka Aire Remote Control that comes with various models of their ceiling fans, check the picture to see if that's the model you have.

Can Print With or Without support, all it will do is make the screw holes more round. It is designed for 4mm wood screws and is countersunk to keep your remote from getting scratched up. should be able to print just as it sits with the .STL file... I used PETG in Black by E-sun but PLA or any other material will work fine as well. may have to set offset for ASA or ABS for shrinkage as the model fits perfectly as it is set. I also run my walls at 1.2mm on a .4 nozzle just to make it a little sturdier.
