Summary

i made this support brace that use two 70cm curtain rods from ikea:

You will also need 2 screws M5x10mm, 2 screws M6x30mm, and 2 M6 nuts.

install the bottom brackets by re-using the M5 screws already on the machine, the "bottom-right" bracket goes to where the power switch is located:

insert an M6 nut in the NUT-Plug.

insert the curtain rods to the bottom brackets and the NUT-Plug to the top side of the rod.

the 2 screws that goes into the extrusion will have to be replaced by M5x10mm screws.

insert an M6x30mm screw to the nut, this screw is for adjustment, if you have a problem with your gantry not being 90 degree to the base you can use this screw to pull or push the gantry, i use a digital level to check for the angle of the gantry.

Use 2 M5x40mm screws and nuts to fasten the Screw-Cover, this part is for holding the adjustment screw in place:

you can attach the brace with 2 m3 screws on the bottom of the printer but i found that it is not needed and will only make it harder to open the bottom cover.
