I have included a 4 port fused manifold. All ports are active all the time the water is turned on. This model requires a lot of support. I've only included it in case there are those that don't want to build the unit.
I have split all the others and you can print which one you want and join it to the main body with a 24mmx3mm O ring in the sealing channels. You could also print a sealing gasket in TPU (attached). If you find it leaks between the layers, try reducing the layer height to .16mm or .12mm and/or increasing the hot end temperature a bit to improve layer adhesion.
It is designed to bolt together using 2.5mm hex bolts. You can either use nuts, or as I do, use 2.5mm heat inserts. The inserts go in the main unit and the bolts in the line out section of the manifold.
If you print these separate units (the output flanges) in the orientation shown, you will not require supports at all. The main hose attachment will have to be turned 180 deg to not need support. I have only presented it in this orientation so that you can see the O ring channel. The output flanges have a similar channel on the underside.
If you really want to be sure it will withstand mains pressure, print with 100% infill
Its is designed to utilise the Micro Irrigation systems that have the adjustable sprinklers that use 4mm black plastic pipe.
I found these systems fine if you piggyback about 4 of them. Anything more than that and the pressure loss is so great it renders all of them useless.
