Summary

I was not able to find 1/4" thick acrylic locally for my enclosure, so I went with .100. This left a lot of space between the glass and the extrusion slot. I developed these spacers to take up the slack around my 2020 enclosure. They rotate into the V-slot 2020 extrusion and have a slight cam-over to lock into place. The nub allows easy removal with a pair of needle nose pliers.
