Summary

The filament guide work very well, but I needed a way to plug the hole when I wasn't using it. I found that when I set my Snapmaker up for laser printing smoke and fumes made their way up into the upper part of my cabinet through the filament guide. So, the simplest solution was to create this plug in Fusion 360, print it in TPU, and pop it in the hole.

The Fusion 360 design file is provided so you can improve on the design if you want.
