Summary
Tool to facilitate the removal and replacement of the seal at the top back of some dishwashers (in my case the Indesit IDL40UK), though this should fit other manufacturers and models.
The seal acts as the connection between the dishwasher upper basket, and the high-pressure water feed to the top of the dishwasher.
If the seal fails, it fails to clean stuff on the top basket properly.
5 min job to fit, but can be done with pointed pliers, or mole grips.
This tool makes it easier.
