Summary

For the X68000 I like to stack Goteks on top of each other. Then User: aotta created this great Sharp X68000 Floppy disk adapter based on Raspberry Pico:

(the X68000 has additional 'Disk Insert' and 'Disk Eject' signals, and aotta's device generates these signals).

I wanted to mount this adapter on top of my Gotek stack. With some careful IDE ribbon cable folding I got everything inside the case and exiting out the back of the unit.

If you are going to build this, then there are 2 mods you might want to do on aotta's adapter:

Use longer LEDs so they stick out the front holes of the 3D print.
On the Power connector if you link the 5V to the 12V which is not connected to anything you can then make a daisy chain power cable so Power is supplied to aotta's adapter then it feeds off to supply the 2 Goteks (red ring in 2nd photo).

There are then some long legs that hold the Goteks and aotta's adapter altogether.
