This design sticks to tradition but is also designed to make it easy to find the wood you need at your local DIY store.
Keep in mind, it's always a good idea to do your own research. Do not trust me. Check the build with your mind first, before you start buying all the needed materials! I've included all the measurements you'll need, but if anything's not clear, you can easily measure it out using the 3D file I provided.

Also, this model can be printed out to create a fully functioning wooden dummy that fits your printer's capabilities perfectly! Just adjust the scale of the parts and you'll have a fantastic piece for decoration or demonstration in no time!

The choice of mount for the dummy depends on the owner's preferences, so I've added a basic 3D mount.
There are numerous options available, all of which are easy to build and effective in my experience.

Since a wooden dummy isn't like a punching bag and is primarily for honing technique rather than applying force, a simple stand can suffice for many practitioners. However, if you want to exert maximum force into the dummy, I recommend using a classic wall mount. The drawback, of course, is that the dummy becomes immovable. Thus, it's crucial to determine your priorities before making a decision!
