Hello everyone,

great design by LeightonAllen! But I didn't want to drill a big hole in the body. So I redesigned the lock pin so that it is located under the body and can be operated in the area of the shock tower.
I also made minor changes to the other parts for a better fit and appearance.

An M3x12 or M3x16 screw is required for the new two-part lock pin.
In order to compensate for the tolerances and achieve an individual pre-tension of the lock pin, I recommend sticking suitable rubbers to the contact surface.

Changes to the remaining parts:

FRONT SHELL: Height of the body posts slightly reduced for a better look.
REAR CHASSIS: Overall width reduced from 80mm to 78mm for better fit.
REAR SHELL: Body posts slightly shortened and adapted to the shape of the elongated holes. This means that the body is guided better in the longitudinal direction and is also pressed into the front holder. In addition, the area for the two-part lock pin was adjusted.

großartige Konstruktion von LeightonAllen! Aber ich wollte kein großes Loch in die Karosserie bohren. Also habe ich den Lock Pin umkonstruiert damit sich dieser unter der Karosserie befindet und in dem Bereich zum Shock Tower betätigt werden kann.
Außerdem habe ich kleinere Veränderungen an den weiteren Teilen vorgenommen für eine bessere Passgenauigkeit und Optik.

Für den neuen zweiteiligen Lock Pin wird eine M3x12 oder M3x16 Schraube benötigt.
Um die Toleranzen auszugleichen und eine individuelle Vorpannung des Lock Pin zu erreichen, empfehle ich geeignete Gummies auf die Auflagefläche zu kleben.

Veränderungen der restlichen Teile:

FRONT SHELL: Höhe der Body Posts etwas verringert für eine bessere Optik.
REAR CHASSIS: Gesamtbreite von 80mm auf 78mm verringert für bessere Passgenauigkeit.
REAR SHELL: Body Posts etwas verkürzt sowie diese an die Form der Langlöcher angepasst. Somit wird die Karosserie in Längsrichtung besser geführt und zusätzlich in die vordere Halterung gedrückt. Außerdem die Bereich für den zweiteiligen Lock Pin angepasst.
