Summary

I saw a badge holder I really liked somewhere but it was all sold out and I couldn't find the file for it, nor did I see anything that I liked so I decided to design my own. I like the strength and flexibility that you get from TPU when it comes to something like this so I initially made it with that in mind. Most of the ones I make are translucent with different infill patterns depending on what people like. This is designed to only hold one badge and keep it in securely so if you regularly take yours out, this might not work well for you.

So I printed this with the token side down, and enabled supports so that the badge part would work, the angles are steep enough it doesn't need any support from the build plate. I tried it without supports for the badge part and it just wasn't great. I used TPU for my first few but honestly it works really well with PETG and PLA. The infill is truly your decision, I did 15% my first one and it was a bit stiff so I've gone with 10 and below from now on.
