Summary

My government is always finding new construction sites where I can get active with the 3D printer - whether it makes sense is up for debate, but it's always fun to find new solutions to one "problem" or another....

This time it was about the appearance of the AVM radiator valves - "Can't you do anything to make the screws less visible?". But sure, anything is possible...

So I sat down briefly and developed something that you can simply plug on. Simple and effective. And it doesn't look too bad.
The distance from the DECT 301 to the radiator is 29mm in my case, so it fits perfectly - if the distance is larger or smaller, you only need to adjust the width of the STL file in the slicer, it should still fit well.

I also have a DECT 302 - surprisingly it also fits there, although very tight, but it fits.

Printing time approx. 1.5 hours in PLA or PETG, I would prefer PETG because of the heat of the heater as PLA can bend over time.

Meine Regierung findet immer neue Baustellen wo ich mit dem 3D Drucker aktiv werden kann - ob es sinnvoll ist sei dahin gestellt, aber es macht ja Spaß immer neue Lösungen zu das eine oder andere "Problem" zu finden....

Dieses mal ging es um die Optik an den AVM Heizkörper Ventilen - "Kann man da nichts machen das man die Schrauben nicht mehr so sieht ?". Aber sicher, machbar ist alles...

Also habe ich mich kurz hingesetzt und was entwickelt was man einfach aufstecken kann. Einfach und Effektiv. Und sieht gar nicht mal so schlecht aus.
Der Abstand von der DECT 301 bis zum Heizkörper ist bei mir 29mm, passt also perfekt - bei wem der Abstand größer oder kleiner ist brauch die STL Datei im Slicer nur in der Breite anpassen, es sollte trotzdem gut passen.

Ich habe auch ein DECT 302 - dort passt es erstaunlicherweise auch, zwar sehr eng, aber es passt.

Druckzeit ca 1,5 Stunden in PLA oder PETG, Ich würde PETG wegen der Hitze des Heizkörpers bevorzugen da PLA mit der Zeit sich verbiegen kann.
