Summary

This is dual Z mod for Kobra 2 neo. It may fit Kobra neo too I'm not sure about upper screw holders.

Print every part with 25-30% of infill.
Supports needed for Frame part.
Print BearingDistance.stl -x3 and UpperScrewHolder.stl - x2.

Parts to buy:
Smooth pulley 6mm belt - equivalent of 20 teeth (5mm hole) - x1
Drive sprocket 6mm belt - 20 teeth - 8mm hole - x3 (two for belt and one to the bottom for screw stabilization
Trapezoidal nut Tr8x8 - chamfered - x1
Trapezoidal screw Tr8x8 350mm - 1x
GT2 drive belt width 6MM length 600MM, closed loop - x1
Bearings 688 ZZ 8mmx16mmx5mm (inner diameter, outer diameter, height) - x3

Screws:
for upper screw holders:
M5 length 35mm head diameter: ~8mm allen screw - x4
for frame:
M5 length 45mm allen screw - x3 + nuts (or use original nuts)
for belt tensioner best will be as described in the picture of box with screws - x1
for belt tensioner mount:
M4 length 7-8mm
for lower screw holder
M5 length 45mm - x4 + nuts
for trapezoidal nut:
M3 length 5mm - x2

Instruction:
Print all parts first.
Insert bearings inside lower screw holder and two upper holders.
Unscrew original bearings from kobras frame (you need to unmound all parts to change screws - original are too short).
Mount drive sprocket and bearing distance to original trapezoidal screw.
Mount lower screw holder to the frame.
Mount nut, drive sprocket and bearing distance to Trapezoidal screw.
Insert trapezoidal screw to the frame alnd lower screw holder with bearing - trapezoidal nut have to be under the frame part.
Mount upper drive sprocket and bearing distance.
Mount belt - at this time upper drive sprockets should be loose.
Unmount upper frame screws.
Insert (and screw to the frame) upper screw holders with bearings to trapezoidal screws.
Manually level z axis (must be on the same height on the left and on the right side).
Tighten drive sprockets and check if new Z axis screw is loose in up and down direction. If so, move drive sprocket closer to the bearing.
Mount belt tensioner as described in the picture
