...Das Ergebnis kann man hier sehen und es funktioniert gut!
Auf den Fotos sieht man den Entwurf mit der Software und dann das fertige, echte Modell in Maßstab 1:10.

Als Rohe wurden hier "Pflanzstäbe" aus Bambus aus der 1€-Kiste oder -Shop benutzt, die in Längen von 35mm und 15mm geschnitten wurden. Der Durchmesser dieser ist zwischen 3,3mm und 3,5mm. Die Kupplungen sind so entworfen worden, dass sie eine gewisse "Flexibilität" besitzen und es pass und hält gut.

Ich habe alle Kupplungen mit PLA gedruckt, funktioniert gut, wenn auch ich der Meinung bin, dass PETG evtl. besser / flexibler wäre. Außerdem habe ich diese alle sequentiell, also hintereinander gedruckt, damit sie die maximale Festigkeit haben. Es kann sein, dass es auch gut klappt wenn diese parallel gedruckt werden, aber mir war auch die Gefahr zu groß, dass eins davon aus dem Bett abkommen könnte während des Drucks und mir das Ganze dann ruiniert. Mit einem "Brim" aber von 3mm halten diese recht gut eigentlich.
