Summary

The project is finished! I did it as planned. Stop overpaying for what you can do yourself. The branded holder costs $125. I took inexpensive electronic components (Chinese microphone and headphones) and designed a 3d model of the pad for the intercom cardo packtalk bold device. I spread the wires and connected the contacts for the intercom device.

The 3D model consists of 4 parts:

Intercom mounting platform;
The cover covering the contact group;
Soft case for protection from moisture (TPU filament);
The lock to the helmet.
The filament I used is PLA (except 3 - TPU).

Contact groups (top view of the site):

1 - microphone

2 - microphone

3 - empty

4 - Earth

5 - sound 1

6 - sound 2

Copper wire is installed as contacts (stripped of insulation at the points of contact and soldering)

the diameter is 0.8 mm.

The device is installed on the site and is fully functional.
