Summary
The green, chlorine-breathing dragon has long been the mascot of the US Army Chemical Corps. This particular style of dragon was taken from the US Chemical School's distinctive unit insignia. The graphic was emblazoned on training material in the 80s and 90s.

The object prints flat with no supports required. It is suitable to attach to a plaque or hang on a wall but will not stand on its own unless you modify it with a base.
Post-Printing
If you print in green PLA or other type filament, you are most of the way there. The tongue can be pained red and the claws either white or red.
How I Designed This
I took a photo and did a bitmap trace in Inkscape. After cleaning up the vector, I modified it in Tinkercad to make it more 3D printable.
