Summary

ENG: KLT drawer hinge of original design. An alternative to the factory-made hinge with a latch. The main advantage is the closed design at the end of assembly, in other words, the hinge can move freely in the openings of the box and lid, taking any position and avoiding unnecessary stress when exposed to forces. The hinge also prevents accidental detachment of the lid from the box.

Material: PETG or other elastic plastic

For assembly, in addition to the printed model, a cotter pin d=2.3 (2.5) mm (GOST 397-79/ISO 1234/DIN 94) is required for final fixation of the hinge.

Assembly procedure: 1) Open the hinge, insert it into the holes of the box, and lid (simultaneously or one by one). 2) Squeeze the hinge (to align its 3 holes) and secure with a cotter pin.

The .STL model also comes with a .SLDPRT source file (SolidWorks 2020).

RU: Петля для ящиков KLT оригинальной конструкции. Альтернатива заводскому исполнению петли с защелкой. Основным достоинством является замкнутая конструкция по окончанию сборки, иными словами, петля может свободно перемещается в отверстиях ящика и крышки, принимая любое положения и избегая лишних напряжений при воздействии сил. Также петля исключает случайное отсоединение крышки от ящика.

Материал: PETG или другой упругий пластик.

Для сборки, помимо распечатанной модели, необходим шплинт d=2,3 (2,5) мм (ГОСТ 397-79/ISO 1234/DIN 94) для окончательной фиксации петли.

Порядок сборки: 1) Разжать петлю и вставить в отверстия ящика и крышки (одновременно или по очереди). 2) Сжать петлю (так, чтобы совместить ее 3 отверстия) и зафиксировать шплинтом.

К модели .STL также приложен исходный файл .SLDPRT (SolidWorks 2020).
