Summary
These are replacement bumpers for hinge pin door stop; mine looks very similar to https://www.amazon.com/Ingersoll-Rand-SC70Z-Hinge-Door/dp/B00ENEG5SK.
There are two bumpers, which I have named "Fixed side" and "Screw side". The geometry of the bumpers are different, due to the shape of the connectors on the door stop. YMMV
Using TPU, it offers flexibility and durability. In order to fit the bumper onto the door stop (especially the screw side), you may want to heat the part (e.g., by submerging in very hot water for a few seconds). Be very careful not to burn yourself.
I have included STL, STEP, and DXF files. The side sketches (Sketch (Front) and Sketch (Right)) are profiles, which were used to sweep/rotate to form the basic shape of the bumpers.
