Summary

General

Designed for an elliptical drop bar crossshape with two 5mm cables running below it (brake and shifter) (see onshape screenshot). It can be installed over bar tape. I've not tried wrapping it with bar tape.

It works for me and I'm not the lightest rider out there. That said, stability of this depends A LOT on printing direction, material and settings, so if you decide to use them, THE RISK IS ENTIRELY YOUR OWN.

If you like the design and find it useful, please post a make, it is always nice to see your own designs in the wild! Also share with friends who might want it too.

Printing

Sometimes my cura takes a while to load onshape files, maybe due to the large amount of chamfers. If it doesn't display anything, give it a minute.

There is a flat side and a side with a groove in the grip.
Lay it on the flat side and you can print it without any supports.

Do not forget to mirror it for the other side.

I would suggest 3 walls and >20% infill for stability.
