I modified the Thordsen IFD-175 EX Mount Assembly to use a 60x10x5mm Neodymium Bar Magnet instead of just 2-sided tape. These are strong magnets and the mount will stay in place.

You can use any magnets that are the same size, look at image for dimentions.
I used Gorilla Super Glue to hold magnet in place.
Print flat on the bed as oriented in the STL file.
Make sure your support settings are dialed in, so that supports comeout clean. This is needed so that the magnet can fit in all the way and be flush with the part exterior.
I printed on PA6-CF Nylon, but this part will work with most filaments.
.16mm Layer Height, 100% infill, Use supports.if your prints tent to warp, use glue on the bed.
I applyed the glue to the cut out, making sure all surfaces got covered, then i let dry for 1-2 minutes before using a small rubber mallet to tap the magnet in. Its a tight fit.
