Summary
This is a thing to add a Harken Micro Cam Cleat HK468 with a 90° angle to a HK150 Cam Cleat using a printed sheave.
The advantage versus using a HK277 sheave is that the diameter of the sheave is smaller and the HK468 gets closer to the surface it is mounted to. The disadvantage is that the sheave is without bearing and probably wearing faster - to be tested!
You need:
1x The Thing
1x Harken Micro Cam-Matic Cleat - Part number 468
2x M4 30-32mm (fixing 468 to the thing)
1x M4 50mm (axis of the sheave)
4x M4 washer 10mm
3x M4 nuts
2x M5 min 45mm for fixing the thing to the boat (plus washers, nuts etc.)
Use two washers each side of the sheave to reduce wearing.
