Summary

Tool for a better positioning of the build plate sheet of the FlSun V400.

I mixed it from the original design: www.printables.com/de/model/719639-flsun-v400-build-plate-guideindexer

Because I use this specific "Extrusion Compertment" for the axes, I have had to change the design.

In addition, I have added an edge that fits perfectly into the gap between the magnetic pad and the edge of the hot bed on my printers, so that the sheet metal plate cannot be pushed under the device.

Furthermore, I have mitigated the tolerances to the extruded profile a bit, but it may be that you have to rework the hooks a bit with a key file.

Contrary to the original design, I decided to hollow out the inner area, which of course leads to the need for support structures. Since this was necessary with the changes anyway, it was fine with me.

You may need to stretch one of the alignments a bit in the slicer if your heatbed isn't quite centered.

For me, it fit perfectly into the device.

Attention: Please use a material that can withstand high heatbed temperatures over the long term.

If you print with higher print bed temperatures, I would not use PETG or PCTG, PLA, ABS or ASA.
I used PA-CF because of the long duration of high temperatures at the mounted place.

You can print it with 3 to 5 perimeters.
