I Made this thing for my colleague.
This is a left-hand thread for more difficulty.

What you need:
3x cylinder pin Ø5 max. length 16 mm

You don't need any support.

Custom Section

I used three of those as cylinder pin. Tey had the perfect size.

Assemble:

insert the three cylinder pins in the holes from the triangle
make sure they are completely inside
screw in the cylinder
make sure the pins hold the zylinder in its place

Solution

make sure all the pins are loosen (may you have to move the zylinder a little)
rotate the triangle so the centrifugal force pushes the pins outwards
Don't pick it up!
unscrew the cylinder Don't forget: it's a left-hand thread
