Summary

I needed an adapter for my water tank to a 3/4'' so I downloaded nicroart's 1 inch and tried to modify it ; I ended up remodeling it entirely. This way you may easily modify my Freecad model if you need anything else.

I used PETG for outdoor use of course. Designed for printing on its large base, as it appears ; the support is needed but is necessary for a very small area if you put 75° limit so there is not support in the threads.
I used 0.1mm resolution, 6 walls for water tightness and strength, 25% infill, no brim or raft.

The S60 thread engages properly. The 3/4'' thread printed perfectly and works perfect.

For some reason (did I mess up with the speeds ?) my printer, usually reliable, decided to miss steps between layers, so I ended up with a funny looking warped adaptor, which by luck works anyway (but I'm ashamed to show it !). I could not get it watertight with my first try of 3d printed gasket, which had a flaw. I made it better so it should fit, but I didn't test it, I just put silicon and it worked.

I see no reason why the gasket I designed should not work, printed in TPU 85A with 100% infill ; please comment if you try and send your results.
