Summary
Activated carbon can help mitigate Styrene & other harmful fumes and reduce odors while printing with ABS or similar higher temperature materials.
This carbon filter for a Qidi Q1 Pro is made up of a housing & insert that holds carbon filter media like 4mm pellets and such. I decided to put the pellets in a mesh bag, for cleaner handling.
The housing slides onto existing posts behind the exhaust fan snuggly. No need for screws, if you do, use the small extra screws, that comes with the Q1 Pro, through provided holes as to not hit fan blades.
