Summary
This is a replacement gas cap connector for my daughter's 2012 VW Beetle. It was missing on her car, and the shape of the car doesn't leave anywhere to put the cap during fill-ups. I printed it out of TPU, which has been working fine, as it doesn't often come in direct contact with fuel. It does work, and the reason I don't have a photo to post is that it is currently on her car. The large ring fits into a groove in the gas cap, and the zip-tie end fits in a hole in the gas cap cover. Simple and actually useful.
