Summary

This is a form fit snap fit case for the Heltec OLED LoRa V3 Board, and includes space for a battery, USB access, SMA antenna, and one or two small sensors (e.g. GPS module).

This model is very tight and was tweaked to fit a specific 3000mAh battery and the Heltec OLED LoRa V3 Board. Space is available for a BN-180 GPS or other small sensors. The case is a snap fit, but there needs to be some attention paid to the location of battery, antenna, and sensor leads so that they are not in the way.

Modifications from source:

The case has been lengthened by 8.1mm
A pocket to hold small sensors has been introduced
The hole for the SMA jack has been slightly widened for easier fit
The hole for the SMA jack can receive a 5/16" nut to make tightening easier
The buttons have been slightly resized for more clearance

Modifications from V1:

Width of pocket has been increased by an additional 1mm
Pocket slot width has been increased to 5mm
Additional pocket access slot for direct access to 2nd pin header
Add 0.5mm additional bulk to nut retainer
Slight additional bulk added to pocket corner
Additional bulk added to pocket outline
Correct geometry errors

I am using the pocket to house a Beitian BN-180 GPS module. It is large enough to fit the GPS module in either the "antenna up" or "OLED up" orientation depending on your expected use-case.

My printer did not have tight enough tolerances for the original buttons to work properly. This remix tweaks the button model to be easier to print, but things may still need a small amount of work (e.g. sanding, flush-cutting, etc.). If your printer has better tolerances, you can print and use the buttons from the original project instead.
