Summary
When the window is open and the roller blinds are down, the blind can flap about in the wind. This can be annoying if you are trying to sleep.
This device is intended to retain the roller blind. I had to add some thin foam rubber to it to stop the blind rattling in the holder but otherwise it works quite well.
