Summary

Hello,
I was looking for a Replacement for the Panasonic AU-EVA1 "mic holder stay unit" (Part-Number 1KP1AUEVA1Z ) which cost ~80 EUR.

As I couldn't find one, I designed it myself. It looks a bit different than the authentic replacement part, but its a 100% fit.

The screw holes are 3.4mm in Diameter, so you can cut a thread M4 in it (like its on the original Part).

The decoupling from rumble and mechanical noise is ensured by the rubber bumpers on the Mic holder unit ( replacement part VYC1146 ) itself.

support essentially not necessary but recommended for "touching build plate".

Infill 12% is enough.
3 bottom/top layers.
2-3 wall layers.
0.2mm level height.
Printspeed 100%
215°C filament temp for PLA+.

Post-Printing

Cut M4 threads in. The Holes are 3.4mm so its just right for a cut straight into the printing Material.

How I Designed This

I took measurements for the Handle Unit ( 1KH1AUEVA1Z Joint on the the LCD hinge stay unit ( 9YE2AUEVA1Z ) and designed it in blender.
