Summary

This filament guide was designed to fit over top of either the left or right tower support on the AnkerMake 5MC printer. The "cap" slides over top and the "arm" is inserted into the channel in the cap. Do not glue as the arm fits snuggly and is designed to be moved in or out. There is JUST enough room for the extruder to get past when it is at its most vertical position.

The filament hole can be position in either a horizontal or vertical position to suit your filament/printer setup. You will need a bowden tube collet.

There is a "right" cap and a "left" cap. This refers to which tower the cap fits over, not the side of the opening. The horizontal support on the printer is off-center, so the opening in the cap is also off-center. The AnkerMake logo should face the front of the printer if your orientation is correct.

Supports are not needed for the arm. I used supports inside the cap channel although I'm not certain they are really needed. The pushed right out easily.
