Summary

This set includes five different sizes of bushings that fit the Milwaukee M18 trim router's large base. They push in and stay securely. There is a 3/8, ½, 5/8, ¾ and 1" bushing to accommodate different sized bits.

There is also a baseplate centering tool that works with both the small and large baseplates.

I tested them on my new Milwaukee 2723-20 compact router and they fit perfectly when printed in PLA on my MK3S+.

Instructions for centering a baseplate:

Remove the baseplate from the base by removing four Phillips head screws
Remove the router from the base
Install the centering cone like a bit, but don't tighten it too much. Snug is enough.
Put the router back into the base
Turn the router upside down so the base is pointing upward
Loosely place the baseplate in the correct orientation roughly centered
Move the base down until the plastic baseplate centers itself onto the centering cone
Position the base so that there is no gap between it and the plastic baseplate
Insert all the screws as far as they will go without tightening them
Double-check that the cone is contacting all parts of the baseplate - microadjust the base until the cone exactly centers the baseplate
Tighten all four screws in an X pattern

Centering the baseplate is important if you are using the bushings or the outside of the baseplate sliding against a guide or template, because the depth of cut is affected by any deviation from centered if the router is used in different orientations. But, centering the baseplate is irrelevant when using bits that have a bearing, because the bearing is the reference, not the outside edge of the baseplate, or a bushing which is connected to the baseplate.

I recommend 4 perimeters and 30% infill with a 0.4mm tip.
