Summary

Oring mount for the Schumacher Cougar Classic. Uses the original mounting points, the holes are self tapping, I assume the kit wood screws will be fine but I had already replaced with M3 10mm bolts.

You will need a 2mm oring, anywhere between 55 OD to 61OD will be fine. I'd personally recommend 55 if you plan to use a low profile battery and 61 if you want to use a normal shorty. Both will work fine to be honest.

I'd recommend printing with 30+ percent infil and PETG or ABS. I wouldnt trust PLA not to warp when it gets warm in the shell, although theres no hot motor in the shell so might be ok.
